The Cultural Heritage 2.0 Business Model Evolution Programme implementation & Success Stories Collection will pilot-test the digital student consultancy approach in 3 partner Higher Education Institutes (Copenhagen, Vienna and Venice) and raise awareness by showcasing inspirational examples of successful business model transformation solutions derived from the students’ projects within the pilot-tests.
With this booklet, we intend to guide educators through the pilot test of the student consultancy programme to increase their confidence in developing and applying innovative education programmes in collaboration with the cultural heritage sector in their institutional settings.

The Cultural Heritage 2.0 Universities (Ca’ Foscari University, University of Copenhagen, and University of Vienna) held three regional pilot tests of the consultancy program at their institutions in the Summer of 2023. The implemented formats aimed to test problem-based learning interventions in multidisciplinary student teams in different national and cultural settings. Through the implemented pilot projects, participating students had the opportunity to practice relevant competencies that the cultural heritage sector requires. Take a look at our success stories and get an impression of the solutions that emerged from the Hackathons in Copenhagen and Vienna, and the Problem Solving Bootcamp in Venice.
