Ethnography for Art Organizations


The qualitative approach allows to delve into organizations through methods such as interviews and observations. Among the qualitative ways through which exploring reality, ethnography distinguishes for giving the possibility to those researchers practicing it to capture how organizations actually work. These slides aim at providing a first understanding of when and how to adopt the qualitive approach and to practice ethnography.

Lisa is a post-doctoral researcher. She received a Ph.D. in Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Lisa is interested in understanding organizational change and stability, and how organizational routines work. She is specialized in qualitative methods.
